We are pleased to announce that as a professional manufacturer of bathroom niches, our products have undergone a series of developments and improvements over the past few years. Through continuous enhancements in materials and processes, we have not only improved the quality and performance of our products but also met the diverse needs of our customers.
During the initial phase of bathroom niche production, we used XPS or HPS materials and relied on manual assembly and adhesive bonding. However, upon receiving feedback from our customers about water leakage issues after a period of use, we realized the need for improvements. To address this problem, we transitioned to using ABS material and adopted a mold-injection method. This change proved to be timely and effective, significantly enhancing the quality of our products and establishing long-term, stable partnerships with our customers.
As aesthetic preferences evolved over time, people began seeking bathroom niches that went beyond the traditional plastic ones requiring tile installation. This led to the emergence of stainless steel niches in the market, although we did not initially enter the competition. Instead, inspired by the previous improvements made to plastic niches, we decided to identify areas for improvement in competitor products. Combining our team's technical research with feedback from customers regarding stainless steel niches offered by other companies, we discovered that stainless steel edges were sharper compared to plastic niches, posing a risk of cuts during installation or use. Additionally, the surface treatment of stainless steel niches in the market was limited to simple paint spraying, resulting in diminished aesthetics over time. To address these issues, we developed a unique stainless steel niche. The distinctive feature of our product is the detachable edges, which reduces the risk of hand injuries during installation. Furthermore, we introduced an electroplating process for surface treatment, offering more beautiful and durable colors compared to the paint spraying technique used by other competitors.
However, the demand for bathroom niches did not stop at the metal-tech feel brought by stainless steel. Customers desired niches that seamlessly integrated into the overall bathroom decor without the need for tile installation. In response to this demand, we further developed ceramic niches. Combining the advantages of plastic and stainless steel niches, our ceramic niches eliminate the need for tile installation while achieving the desired integration with the overall bathroom design.
Through continuous research and development, we have expanded our product line to meet the diverse needs of our customers. We will continue to strive for innovation and provide high-quality, diversified bathroom niche products. We sincerely appreciate your ongoing support and collaboration.
